Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat the softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
