Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat the softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
