Description

Veggie pizza pinwheels are a delightful twist on the classic pizza experience, combining fun flavors into a handheld treat. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a medium bowl. Stir until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering it all the way to the edges.
  3. Layer the shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, spinach, sliced black olives, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log starting from one edge.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pinwheels before serving.
