- 4 Flour tortillas
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup Chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup Sliced black olives
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a medium bowl. Stir until it’s smooth and creamy.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, covering it all the way to the edges.
- Layer the shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, spinach, sliced black olives, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log starting from one edge.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to firm up.
- Slice into bite-sized pinwheels before serving.
