Delicious and flaky Spinach Feta Pinwheels made with puff pastry, fresh spinach, and creamy cheeses – perfect for appetizers or snacks.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet until it’s even in thickness.
- Combine in a mixing bowl the chopped spinach, feta, ricotta, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spinach mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Roll the pastry up tightly into a log, then slice it into pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for that beautiful golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn a lovely golden brown.
- Serve them warm and enjoy every bite!
