Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Toss in the sliced bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add in the crushed tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let the mixture simmer for 5-10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the skillet mixture and toss to ensure everything is well-coated.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of fresh basil if you like.
