Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter, then mix in the sugar until well blended.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract after the last egg.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Pour approximately half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then incorporate the powdered sugar until well mixed. Spread this cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter.
  7. Spoon dollops of the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer, then swirl gently with a knife to achieve a marbled effect.
  8. Scatter the raspberries on top for a burst of flavor and color.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
