- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
- Add raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture, spreading it evenly over the jam.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely and cut into squares or bars.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
