Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Combine the pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat in the eggs until everything is well mixed.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
