Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat to get it nice and hot.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it’s fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, and season your sauce with salt and pepper to taste. This will be the star of the dish!
