- 1 (25 oz) package cheese ravioli
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup washed and chopped baby spinach
- ½ cup drained and chopped sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Start by cooking the ravioli according to the package instructions. Once done, drain it and set it aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream gradually while whisking until blended.
- Season the sauce with salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Keep whisking until it begins to bubble.
- Slowly add the parmesan cheese, whisking until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Toss in the baby spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat it in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parmesan cheese as desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, try using roasted garlic or adding a dash of red pepper flakes. To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
