- 1 package pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups fresh arugula
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Add olive oil over the dough, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the burrata evenly across the dough.
- Layer the sliced red onions and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Finish by topping with fresh arugula before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a firmer cheese, swap burrata for ricotta. To make it dairy-free, omit the nuts.
