Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce. Ensure the chicken is well coated.
- Cheese Assembly: Cut or break your mozzarella into stick shapes, about 4 inches long.
- Set up Your Breading Station: Spread flour on a plate, whisk the eggs in a bowl, and place panko breadcrumbs on another plate.
- Coat the Sticks: Dip a mozzarella stick in flour, then into the egg wash, and finally roll it in panko breadcrumbs.
