A flavorful and quick twist on classic orange chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken thighs, diced
- 2 oranges, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the juice and zest of the oranges, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
- Toss the diced chicken into the marinade and let it soak in the flavors for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your Blackstone grill over medium-high heat, ensuring it’s hot and ready for cooking.
- Add the marinated chicken to the grill, cooking for 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and has nice char marks.
- Once done, take it off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped green onions.
- Serve the delicious chicken over rice or alongside your favorite vegetables.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute chicken with tofu or tempeh. Opt for longer marination for enhanced flavor.
