- Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Cooked mushrooms (sautéed with herbs)
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough to your preferred thickness on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or an oven-safe baking sheet.
- Brush olive oil generously over the surface of the dough.
- Evenly sprinkle minced garlic over the oiled dough.
- Layer sautéed mushrooms on top of the garlic.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses generously over the top.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish liberally with fresh basil.
