Description

Delight in a gourmet white pizza topped with creamy mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, and fresh basil, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Cooked mushrooms (sautéed with herbs)
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your preferred thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or an oven-safe baking sheet.
  4. Brush olive oil generously over the surface of the dough.
  5. Evenly sprinkle minced garlic over the oiled dough.
  6. Layer sautéed mushrooms on top of the garlic.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses generously over the top.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and garnish liberally with fresh basil.
  11. Slice your masterpiece and serve hot.

Notes
