Description

Decadent fudge combining creamy white chocolate with tart fresh raspberries, perfect for special occasions or simple indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to smash them.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature until set, then refrigerate for about 120 minutes.
  7. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor. Substitute raspberries with other fruits or add nuts for texture.
