Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup confetti sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and confetti sprinkles.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized scoops onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden.
  9. Cool for a few minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
