Description

A refreshing twist on classic fudge, combining rich chocolate with fresh watermelon for a unique summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon purée
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the watermelon purée and sweetened condensed milk in a medium-sized saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally, until warm.
  2. Add the milk chocolate chips and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
