Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker to ensure it’s hot and ready.
- Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Mist the waffle maker with cooking spray or brush it with oil to prevent sticking.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker, making sure not to overfill it.
- Close the lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is golden brown.
