- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Gravy or cranberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine ground turkey, prepared stuffing, chopped onion, minced garlic, celery, egg, milk, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and golden brown on top.
- Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce.
Notes
Don’t overmix to keep the meatloaf tender. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
