Description

A flavorful twist on a classic meatloaf that incorporates the homey flavors of stuffing, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Gravy or cranberry sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground turkey, prepared stuffing, chopped onion, minced garlic, celery, egg, milk, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked and golden brown on top.
  5. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce.

Notes

Don’t overmix to keep the meatloaf tender. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness.
