Description

A quick and easy Turkey Croissant Sandwich perfect for mid-day cravings or elevating brunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 Croissants (freshly baked if possible)
  • 8 slices Turkey (deli meats work great here)
  • 1 cup Lettuce (crisp romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 Tomato (ripe and juicy)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise (or your favorite spread)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  2. Spread generous mayonnaise on the inside of each half.
  3. Layer turkey slices, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Complete the sandwich with the top half of the croissant.
  6. Cut into smaller pieces if desired and serve.
