Description
A quick and easy Turkey Croissant Sandwich perfect for mid-day cravings or elevating brunch.
Ingredients

- 4 Croissants (freshly baked if possible)
- 8 slices Turkey (deli meats work great here)
- 1 cup Lettuce (crisp romaine or iceberg)
- 1 Tomato (ripe and juicy)
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise (or your favorite spread)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Spread generous mayonnaise on the inside of each half.
- Layer turkey slices, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Complete the sandwich with the top half of the croissant.
- Cut into smaller pieces if desired and serve.
