Description

Crispy, golden Country Fried Chicken reminiscent of Texas Roadhouse, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. Whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
