Instructions

- Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.

- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Flatten each cookie gently with your hand for even baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
