Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl until combined.
  3. Whisk together the melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  6. Flatten each cookie gently with your hand for even baking.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  8. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
