- 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced bell peppers, green onions, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
- Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over it.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log, ensuring the filling stays inside. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to allow firming.
- Unwrap the tortillas and slice each log into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter, garnish with olives or jalapeños if desired, and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy!
