Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, egg, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Shape the mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them into your Crockpot.
- Pour additional sweet chili sauce over the meatballs to infuse flavor.
- Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 240-360 minutes, or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked and tender.
- Serve the meatballs warm as an appetizer or spoon them over rice for a main dish.
