- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb frozen meatballs
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles per the package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the cooked noodles and frozen meatballs to the soup mixture, mixing gently until everything is well-coated.
- Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to substitute chicken broth for beef broth or use gluten-free noodles. Browning the meatballs before adding can enhance the flavor.
