Description

A creamy, cheesy dip made with cream cheese, mozzarella, and sautéed mushrooms, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, sautéed mushrooms, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer this creamy mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm alongside tortilla chips or slices of bread.

Notes
