Description

Indulge in these easy-to-make stuffed cheese bread rolls, perfect for gatherings and a cozy weeknight treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf of bread (French or Italian)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a combination)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and dried herbs; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the insides of the bread halves.
  5. Generously fill the hollowed-out bread with shredded cheese.
  6. Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, slice into rolls, and serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. Pair with marinara sauce or a fresh garden salad.
