- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup white chocolate (for topping)
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Mix in the strawberry puree until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Rice Krispies, stirring until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch pan, pressing down firmly to create an even layer.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth and drizzle over the Rice Krispie mixture.
- Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles if desired.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For best results, measure ingredients accurately and keep the heat low when melting marshmallows. If the mixture is too sticky, dampen your fingers with water or butter when pressing it into the pan.
