Description

Rich and creamy cheesecake layered over a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with fresh strawberries and candy crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy (like Butterfinger or similar for crunch)

Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form a crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully integrated.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out to create an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the diced fresh strawberries evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Finish with a topping of crushed candy for added crunch.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until the bars are firm.
  8. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
