Description
Rich and creamy cheesecake layered over a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with fresh strawberries and candy crunch.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup crushed candy (like Butterfinger or similar for crunch)
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until well blended. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan to form a crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully integrated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out to create an even layer.
- Sprinkle the diced fresh strawberries evenly over the cheesecake layer.
- Finish with a topping of crushed candy for added crunch.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until the bars are firm.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled.
