Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla in a mixing bowl; whisk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the strawberry purée by blending fresh strawberries until smooth.
- Make the crumble by mixing oats, melted butter, and cinnamon; bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
- Assemble the pudding by layering in bowls or jars with strawberry purée and crumble.
