Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it lightly. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges are set, then carefully flip and cook for another minute. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Repeat.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Spread a portion of the strawberry cream filling on each crepe, roll them up gently, and serve.
Notes
Serve with powdered sugar dusting and optional chocolate drizzle. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
