Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup crushed nuts (like pecans or walnuts)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, and drained crushed pineapple in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream or Cool Whip until everything is nicely incorporated.
  3. Add the crushed nuts and shredded coconut (if using), mixing until evenly distributed.
  4. Chill the salad with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  5. Serve it cold and watch it disappear!
