Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut mold.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl, mixing until blended.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Spoon the batter into your greased donut mold, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- Cool slightly in the mold before gently removing them.
