Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Layer: Start by beating the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, followed by flour, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix well, then incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring everything is blended smoothly. Pour the filling into a prepared springform pan and bake until set. Allow it to cool completely.
- Make the Cake Layers: In a large bowl, blend the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add sour cream, strawberry extract, milk, and strawberry puree while combining dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually mix the dry and wet ingredients while adding food coloring until you achieve a pretty pink batter. Bake in two prepared 9-inch round pans and let them cool.
