- 8 oz shell pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet. Season them with salt and pepper, and cook until they’re browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts and forms a creamy sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, ensuring it’s well coated with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnishing with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
To amp up the flavors, consider adding vegetables like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes. For a smoky twist, a dash of smoked paprika works nicely.
