Description

A creamy and cheesy dip made with feta, mozzarella, and Greek yogurt, blended with fresh spinach and pepperoncini.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini, chopped
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt, chopped pepperoncini, and spinach in a baking dish until combined.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, then season with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with pita chips for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different cheeses or greens. It can be served with fresh vegetable sticks for a crunch.
