Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice as per the package instructions. Once done, let it cool slightly.
- Mix mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl to create a spicy mayo sauce.
- Peel and devein the shrimp, then sauté them in a hot pan until they turn pink and are perfectly cooked.
- Slice the cucumbers and avocado thinly to maximize flavor.
- Begin stacking! Layer sushi rice, followed by sautéed shrimp, cucumber slices, and avocado. Drizzle generously with spicy mayo.
