Instructions
- Combine Aji Amarillo pepper paste, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chopped cilantro, olive oil, and salt in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
