- 9 pack slider buns
- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for brushing)
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the chicken, hot sauce, ranch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns onto the baking sheet.
- Distribute the buffalo chicken filling over the buns, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cap it with the top half of the slider buns.
- Brush butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the tops of the buns.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy while hot!
Notes
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
