Description

Delicious sliders featuring spicy buffalo chicken, cheese, and slider buns, perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 9 pack slider buns
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Franks Buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for brushing)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the chicken, hot sauce, ranch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Place the bottom half of the slider buns onto the baking sheet.
  4. Distribute the buffalo chicken filling over the buns, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Cap it with the top half of the slider buns.
  6. Brush butter mixed with garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy while hot!

Notes

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
