Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl. Gradually add this dry mixture into the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped peaches, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
