Description

Delightful soft peanut butter cookies that melt in your mouth, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup White Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for one hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Roll about 1-1/2 tablespoons of dough into balls and arrange on the baking sheet.
  8. Press each ball down in a crisscross pattern using the back of a fork.
  9. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack and enjoy!
