Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mirin or rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
- Rice, noodles, or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin (or rice vinegar), minced garlic, and minced ginger. Stir well to mix everything.

- Serve the tantalizing beef over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
Notes
