Description

A delightful blend of shrimp, sausage, corn, and baby potatoes, all roasted to perfection on a single pan for a hassle-free dinner experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into pieces
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Take a large sheet pan and combine the shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn.
  3. Drizzle everything with olive oil and shake on some Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Use your hands to toss all ingredients together until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture out in an even layer on the pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zest.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp and feel free to mix in other vegetables for added nutrition.
