Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the tortellini and broccoli florets on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and the tortellini starts to crisp up.
  4. Remove the pan from the oven and carefully pour the heavy cream over the baked tortellini and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese generously on top.
  6. Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Pair with a fresh side salad or garlic bread. Consider adding grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
