- 1 pound tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the tortellini and broccoli florets on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss everything.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and the tortellini starts to crisp up.
- Remove the pan from the oven and carefully pour the heavy cream over the baked tortellini and broccoli.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously on top.
- Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
