A flavorful and easy-to-make kabob recipe featuring savory grilled steak and tender potatoes, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Make the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Marinate the meat and potatoes by adding steak cubes and diced potatoes, tossing to coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble the skewers by threading the marinated steak, potatoes, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating each ingredient.
- Grill the kabobs on the grill for 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a flavorful twist, consider adding pineapple or cherry tomatoes. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
