- 1 pound Sausage (pork, chicken, or plant-based)
- 2 medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the sausage until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the sweet potatoes in the same skillet for 8-10 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and paprika. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Mix in the honey and soy sauce, then return the sausage to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute sausage with plant-based sausage and honey with maple syrup.
