A hearty and comforting stir fry featuring sausage and cabbage, perfect for busy weeknights or family brunches.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage (Italian or your choice)
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until it’s nicely browned.
- Toss in the sliced onion, carrots, and minced garlic; sauté until the vegetables become tender.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage along with the soy sauce.
- Allow everything to cook together for another 5-7 minutes until the cabbage is wilted and tender.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
Serve over rice or quinoa for a complete meal. Experiment with different vegetables and sausages.
