Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, diced celery, finely chopped red onion, and halved grapes (or diced apple).
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir thoroughly until everything is well coated.
- Serve the salad on a bed of fresh lettuce leaves or use it as a hearty filling for sandwiches.
