Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the breakfast sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, and drained Rotel tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re beautifully golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
