- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the breakfast sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, flour, and drained Rotel tomatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they’re beautifully golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
