Ingredients

  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli with sliced chicken sausage on a large sheet pan.
