- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off the head of garlic, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil. Place it in the oven and roast for 30-35 minutes, until it’s soft and fragrant.
- Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions.
- Heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer gently in a saucepan.
- Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves directly into the cream and stir to combine.
- Add the fresh spinach, cooking until it wilts down. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the ravioli and add it to the saucepan, tossing gently to coat with the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, topping each plate with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
